If you are at all concerned about your monthly spend on your Mobile Plan, please contact us as soon as possible to have your account changed to a Hard Cap type.
This means that once you reach the included call value you will not be able to make any further calls. Please note however that while you are under your Hard Cap, you can still make chargeable calls to premium numbers & the like
We can set your telephone service to have restricted access if you wish to control your telephone account spend.
This method means you can choose to have two access levels.
The first access levelis the telephone service without the local PIN entered. This would be for anyone who just picks up your phone & makes a call. Normally we would set this to say Local & Emergency 000 Calls only
The second level is the telephoen service AFTER an access PIN has been entered. This is for people who know the PIN, & would normally be set for Level 9 access
Call Access Contril with PIN does have an additional charge per month
When we set up your telephone service we set it up with the following call access levels:
National Numbers (including Mobiles)
This means that by Default you cannot call Value Added Services, like 1900 (premium) numbers
We can enable your telephone service to be set at any of these access levels;
Level 0 - OOO Only
Level 1 - Local Only
Level 2 - Local & Trunk Operator Only
Level 3 - 1800 Only
Level 4 - Everything except International
Level 6 - Everthing Except Trunk Operator
Level 7 - Local, National (& Mobile) & Value Added 1900 (premium) numbers
Level 8 - Local, National & Trunk Operator
Level 9 - Everything except Value Added 1900 (premium) numbers
Level 10 - Everything
